Women’s Day

The Resort was alive with joy as we celebrated Women’s Day! Guests were warmly welcomed into a beautifully decorated Reception, brimming with sweet treats and delightful surprises. It was a day to honour and cherish the incredible women in our lives!

Spring Day

Spring Day at Manzi Monaté was a blast! We decked the Resort in vibrant colours, treated guests to fruit kebabs and sweet goodies, and set up a fun, colourful photo booth. It was a day full of joy, treats, and unforgettable memories.

Bring & Braai

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the opportunity to join such a successful group of companies as the newly appointed Resort Manager at Manzi Monaté.

My name is George Smith, and I am 36 years old. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry and a total of 16 years honing my administrative skills, I am deeply passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences and services. I pride myself on being well-organized, capable of managing multiple projects, and ensuring smooth operations.

My motivation stems from my background in financial and personnel management, where I’ve successfully led Teams and fostered environments of growth and collaboration.

I firmly believe in uplifting and upskilling our staff while encouraging teamwork and mutual respect among our team members. Together, with open communication, we can achieve greatness at Manzi Monaté. My vision and goals for our Resort are both ambitious and ongoing, my mission includes
   • Delivering the best possible service to our guests; welcoming new visitors while retaining our current guests.
   • Over-seeing property management and intensive maintenance.
   • Ensuring financial stability and entrainment.

With the support of our group and management, I am confident that anything is possible. People are at the heart of our business, and it is essential to provide them with the best possible service.
